I must tell you, the new location of Atlanta's very own Laundry Lounge is amazing. The parking area is easy to access and clean. The facility itself is modern, bright and clean. Both the washers and dryers are new and state of the art. A real plus about this place, are the owners, Chris and Terri are stellar at providing the best customer service experience. In addition to self serve laundry, they offer wash and fold, delivery and pickup and dry cleaning drop off. The place is just so nice, clean and inviting. It is extremely nice. It has the latest version and technology in their washers and dryers. The App It is fairly friendly. The staff was super. They were very helpful. I am very grateful to find "the laundry lounge." They have other convenient services as well. It is clean, very professional, and organized. The best coin/app laundromat service I have ever seen or used. Thank you for your help.
Owners, Chris & Terri, helped walk us through the app and the wash & dry process. The space is clean and roomy with large work tables and baskets to separate and fold. Best laundry set up in town. And, they also offer wash-dry-fold service, pick up & delivery! Everything they told us was accurate. Plus, they were really nice. We definitely recommend our 5 star experience!
Chris and Terri might just be the kindest souls to ever run a business! Their Laundry Lounge got a major upgrade with their new location on Cheshire Bridge! The machines are brand spankin’ new, and very affordable! The facilities are absolutely spotlessly clean and feel very safe! Chris and Terry are always willing to help and go above and beyond. This place is ELITE!!! By far one of the most superior laundromats I have ever visited in my life!!! Attendants were extremely knowledgeable and helpful, even suggesting a most cost efficient washing machine needed for my clothing. From the time I walked into this establishment until my time of departure, it has been a extremely pleasurable experience!!! I would give more than 5 stars if allowed!!!

This place is awesome!! We got stranded at the airport and took an uber from the hotel to wash clothes. We were immediately greeted by helpful people who made sure we were using the correct size machine to save money. Best customer service I have received in a long time. Great place to hang out and wait as well. Totally recommend this business.

Just awesome!!! Everyone is so professional! My shirts are impeccable!! And great delivery!!! I have 3 other dry cleaners before I get to Atlanta laundry and none of them do such and outstanding service as Atlanta laundry. Will never use any other!!!
